What is loop-cycle?
Loop-Cycle is a white-glove, full-service estate sale logistics partner and buyer concierge service.
We step in when the sale ends and handle everything required to get purchased items from the estate to the buyer — professionally, reliably, and quickly. We remove post-sale logistics burdens for estate sale companies while acting as a dedicated concierge for buyers, from the moment they purchase to the moment their items arrive safely at home.
We were buyers and sellers before we started up, so we built Loop-Cycle around the kind of service we value ourselves. Our values are old-school: people come before technology. When you call or text Loop-Cycle, there’s always a real person on the other end—ready to help.

For ordinary, non-fragile items, if your purchases fit safely into one of our standard boxes, you pay that box's standard packaging rate — regardless of how many items are in the box or what you paid for them!

FRAGILE & SPECIALTY PACKAGING
Fragile items require more than a box.
Our first priority is getting your purchases home safe and sound. We individually protect fragile items using our signature “Cocooning” process, then select the appropriate protective materials and box for the item. Standard rates make the cost predictable.

For the safety of your items, we generally limit these boxes to 15 lbs
ARTWORK & PICTURE FRAMING
Artwork requires specialized protection.
Artwork is handled individually and packaged specifically for the piece. Our standard rates cover common sizes, with custom quotes for oversized or unusually shaped pieces.
Framed Canvas Artwork
Small (Under 20") — $45–$55
Medium (20"–32") — $65–$75
Large (over 32") — $85–$95

Glass-Front Framed Artwork
Small (Under 20") — $55–$65
Medium (20"–32") — $75–$85

Combining Artwork Shipments
When it is safe and practical, we may be able to combine two pieces of artwork in a single box. The second piece adds 38% of the first piece's packaging rate
CUSTOM PACKAGING AND RATES
Some items need a custom solution.
Of course, we can’t standardize it all!
For anything not covered here—or for oversized, unusually shaped, or exceptionally fragile or valuable items—we design the packaging around the item rather than forcing it into a standard box.

COMMERCIAL POSTAGE RATES
We pass our commercial rates on to you.
We’re not a courier — and we don’t think it’s fair to double-dip!
You’re paying Loop-Cycle to pick up your purchases and professionally package them so they get home to you safe and sound. Since we leave the transportation to UPS, USPS and FedEx, we see no reason we should get paid for what they do.
In fact, we use our commercially discounted volume postage rates to make shipping less expensive for you. We pass those discounted rates directly on to you.
That means you get the benefit of rates that are typically 40–60% below retail counter rates.

If you find something in the greater Seattle area from a local-pickup-only auction, eBay or OfferUp seller, private seller, or another marketplace, Loop-Cycle can often help.
We can act as your local concierge and on-the-ground pickup partner—retrieving the item, bringing it back to us, professionally packaging it, and shipping it to you.
